This Chevrolet Motor Company Building, was constructed in 1923. The horizontal bands of concrete, brick, glass, and unique wood windows epitomize the industrial influences in architecture that were prevalent at the dawn of the 20th century. This  and the Lincoln Paint and Color Co./Acme Manufacturing company were among the first buildings in Deep Ellum. These lofts are state of the art with designs geared toward a lifestyle for the urban dweller.
